To provide Rancho Bernardo and surrounding communities with patriotic, historical and educational activities which commemorate the declaration of our nation’s independence; to foster true patriotism and appreciation of our American Heritage, and to demonstrate openly the principles embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
