2011 RB Idol Contest
The 5th Annual RB Idol Contest will be held June 28th at the Poway for Performing Arts Center at 7:00 pm. Tickets to the contest are $10.00 – all proceeds benefit the Spirit of the 4th in Rancho Bernardo. There will be 5 finalists chosen from a line up of approximately 20 local talented students by audience vote who will again perform on July 4th from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Webb Park on July 4th. The grand prize is $500 for 1st place. There will also be prizes awarded for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th places. The emcee of the contest will be Michael Rennie, Director of the Poway Performing Arts Center. The five finalists will be judged by local judges who are affiliated in the entertainment and music industry. Chris Burgess will be a guest performer at the June 28th competition.
